Lawn Care - Chemical & Organic
Our lawn care services vary depending on the time of year. The following is an application schedule developed to take advantage of the natural growing cycle.
The responsibility of watering your lawn is up to you. We suggest that you follow the instructions on the service card that we leave for you on the day of the application. Generally, it is best to water your lawn in the morning before 10:00 a.m. and to water thoroughly rather than frequently. For example, you should water for 1 hour in each spot twice per week rather than ½ an hour in each spot 4 times per week.
Cutting the grass is also an important factor in the overall health of the lawn. When cutting, never remove more than one third of the grass blade. Also, the cutting height should be set at no less than 3 inches and raised even higher in the summer months. Grass Mulching the grass or leaving the clippings on the lawn is okay in the summer every other time you cut, but in the early spring and late fall the clippings should be bagged. Do not cut the lawn when it is wet and keep your mower blade sharp.
In an effort to provide you with the best possible service, we encourage communication from you. As part of our guarantee, additional follow up service is performed as needed at no extra cost. This is one of the ways we can help to ensure your satisfaction.
